The KUWTK star’s three kids with ex Kourtney Kardashian — Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 3 — joined the pair on the trip, where they’re staying at the luxury Chilean Bay resort & residences.

An insider tells People the 19-year-old and the 34-year-old & co. are “having fun in the sun” and are spending time “swimming in the pools and enjoying the resort.”
