Do YOU want to see more Scream movies?
Well, if you do, you’re in luck!
It looks like Kevin Williamson, the writer of Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 4, has Scream 5 AND 6 all ready to go, but it seems like the studio doesn’t want to produce them!
Kevin was at the 2014 Television Critics Associaton Summer Press Tour and talked about how the STUDIO were the ones who decided NOT to go ahead with the other films!
He said:
‘It├óΓé¼Γäós weird, when I pitched Scream 4, I pitched Scream 4, 5 and 6, I pitched a whole new trilogy. I guess Scream 4 never took off in a way they hoped, and so├óΓé¼┬ª [Well] It├óΓé¼Γäós all here [points to his head] and my computer… If they wanna buy it from me!’
He also said that the possibility of that happening was ZERO because Wes Craven was supposedly “done” working with him!
HARSH!
However, Wes completely shot down that rumor! He took to Twitter and said:

Hmm, so does that mean there’s still hope for the films???
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see!
