It’s about damn time.
After being on the air for what feels like an eternity, the comedic medical show that made Zach Braff a household name has finally been cancelled.
Zach himself took to his Facebook page to break the news for Scrubs fans, writing:
“Many of you have asked, so here it is: it appears that ‘New Scrubs’, ‘Scrubs 2.0’, ‘Scrubs with new kids’, ‘Scrubbier’, ‘Scrubs without JD’ is no more. It was worth a try, but alas… it didn’t work. zb”
It’s probably better this way, but for those you who still are hanging onto a glimmer of hope, allow us to provide some more fuel for your fire.
Though it is almost a certainty that the show won’t go back on the network, ABC is holding onto to the title on the very off, off, off chance that they can’t get anything worthy to take it’s place.
We sincerely doubt that will be the case, so say your final goodbyes now.
