Seal can Kiss his legal troubles goodbye!
As we reported last month, the Kiss From A Rose singer was accused by former neighbor/actress Tracey Birdsall of sexual battery after he allegedly groped and forcefully kissed her at his Los Angeles house in February 2016.

The alleged victim decided to come forward with her story after Heidi Klum‘s ex made comments about Oprah Winfrey potentially knowing about Harvey Weinstein‘s predatory ways.
According to TMZ, the musician will NOT face any criminal charges, as the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office cites lack of witnesses or evidence to corroborate allegations. Additionally, the alleged crime is past the statute of limitations.
Seal previously denied any wrongdoing.
