Leave those people alone! Haven’t they suffered enough?!
A couple of months ago, former NHL player Sean Avery joined Snapchat and began taking weird videos where he goes up to random homeless people in New York and asks them the time.

As seen here:
Almost immediately, the athlete was blasted on social media for harassing people who are already so oppressed and humiliated by society.
On Monday, Avery went on Twitter to defend his actions, saying he isn’t harassing anybody!
He wrote :
Next time someone asks me for the time while I’m standing on the street I’m calling the police….#Harrasement

Harassment (the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including THREATS and DEMANDS)

While Sean is obviously not threatening or demanding anything from these people, it’s still rude and uncalled for.
