We SO hope this isn’t true!
We’re hearing absolutely horrible news that Sean Kingston is being sued over an alleged gang rape that went down at his hotel room in 2010.
Carissa Capeloto reportedly claims that she was raped by Sean, his bodyguard and a member from his band after his concert in Seattle. She claims she had been smoking pot and drinking vodka, which made her incapable of consent.
It’s reported she had gone to Sean’s room for a meet-and-greet when she allegedly entered the room to find him naked. She claims that is when the rape occurred as the bodyguard picked her up and put her on the bed. The police were reportedly called after her friend entered the room and saw what was going on.
She supposedly says that she was later taken to a hospital where she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.
Now, Carissa reportedly wants $5 million minimum because of the physical, mental and emotional trauma.
The criminal case was dropped in 2010 after police determined Carissa wasn’t credible enough to pursue the case. Sean has claimed the sex was consensual.
The two are set for trial in November.
We’re not sure if any of this is true, but Sean sure is getting accused of a lot of bad things lately and that’s NOT a good road to go down.
