Sean Penn Could Be Facing Jail Time!

Yikes!

After a violent altercation with the paparazzi back in October, Sean Penn is now facing potential jail time if convicted of the charges brought against him.

The Los Angeles City Attorney is filing two misdemeanor counts today against the actor including battery and vandalism. Sean approached and kicked a paparazzo who also claims that Penn broke his camera.

If Penn is convicted on both charges he could go to jail for 1 1/2 years!

Better learn to control that anger, pal — and set a better example for your children!
