We’re no experts, but we’re pretty sure there’s gotta be a better way to announce your foray into Instagram than a phrase about ‘busting cherries.’
Anyway, Sean Penn really has done some amazing work for Haiti, and we ARE glad he’s on Instagram — it’s just hard to get all worked up over it when he put it like this:
With this picture, I bust my Instagram cherry. Gonna try to share snaps of our @jphro work in #Haiti and the country and its amazing people. In this shot, I’m walking where 60,000 people lived in tents after the earthquake. We’ve got 58,000 back in homes… It’s a start.
That first sentence totally undermines ALL of the amazing stats he gives after it.
We hope he gets the hang of it soon, because it could be an incredible tool for him to use in his journey to help the world!
