Ouch!
Although Sean Penn and his ex Robin Wright recently filed for divorce, she has disappeared from his life – and he has no problem telling Vanity Fair all about it!
“She is a ghost to me now,” said Sean of his ex. “We spent all those years together…. Now she’s just gone.”
The two did come together when their son Hopper suffered a life-threatening skateboarding accident. He pulled through after undergoing intense surgery and Sean felt like he had a debt that needed to be repaid.
Penn continued:
“I wanted to give back something more to help struggling people, but I didn’t know how to best do it. I was for 20 years in a relationship with Robin and 18 years with children. I didn’t have time to commit to anything–for real–in places like Iraq, except to denounce the war. But now I’m single. I can lend a hand.”
And what about the ladies you’re seen with, sir?! Maybe they are also enjoying your helping hands.
