Second Mistrial In Matteo Surf Battle!

A judge has declared a mistrial once again in the misdemeanor battery case against Skylar Peak and Philip Hildebrand, the two surfers that allegedly attacked a paparazzi when they tried to photograph Matthew McConaughey on a Malibu beach.
The first mistrial was declared on March 29th after it was discovered that Peak’s mother was seriously injured in a car crash.
Both sides will return to court on July 2nd when the prosecution will announce whether to retry the case.
