Two days after she was rushed to the hospital, complaining of nausea and a severe headache, our Selenita was spotted back there again, looking as though she’s still feeling pretty rough!

Sources close to the actress have revealed that she’s undergone a variety of tests for blood pressure concerns, but so far, doctors are not sure what the issue is.
