The raven-haired beauty left with significantly darker locks, probably to complement her black crop top and slitty, blue pants. Well, maybe that wasn’t the sole purpose, but they did tie the look together, nonetheless!
As for the reason for the new ‘do? Well, it├óΓé¼Γäós just as much a mystery as her on-again/off-again relationship with Justin Bieber!
But judging by the similarities between her hair in this photo (above) and her in that photo, things definitely seem to be ON now…
