The stalker who repeatedly made an unwanted appearance at the home of Selena Gomez has just been ordered to receive treatment at a mental facility!
Oh, excellent news! That’s so great…wait, he could be out in only 30 days?! No, why?
Che Cruz pleaded no contest to felony stalking on Friday, and as a result, will be on lockdown in a mental facility for 30 days! However, after that he’s not required to stay there (even though he has to complete 180 days at the facility in question).
“Good idea,” said no one ever.
The judge also issued a 10-year restraining order that would force Che to stay 200 yards away from Selena at all times! But he’s already violated a protective order!
This seems to be setting up history repeating itself, no?! Excuse us while we face-palm over this…
