Mandy Teefey, mother to one Selena Gomez, is speaking out about her daughter’s life choices and relationship with the Biebs, and it sure sounds like no matter how much church the poor kid attends, he’s not gonna get on Mandy’s good side.
Uh-oh!!!

Speaking to Gossip Cop, Mandy flat out said thats he is “not happy” with the on-again, off-again couple’s latest reunion to get back together, but she ultimately acknowledges an important fact about her daughter (below):
“Selena can live her life however she wants as long as she is happy, safe and healthy. She is 25 years old and knows what is at stake with her health. I do not control her the way it has been portrayed. Selena is an adult and can make her own choices.””
Amen!!!
It’s not just Justin that Mandy is talking about, either; the former momager talked a bit about Selena’s recent kidney transplant, and also revealed that things are significantly better between her and Selena now that Mandy and her husband are no longer managing their daughter’s career.

Mandy said (below):
“We never expected to manage her her whole life. We lost family time because the only time we saw her, we talked business. It was no longer fun for any of us, like it was when she was younger and we had to be with her because she was a minor.”
Probably not surprising, but definitely an important thing to learn!
