Selena Gomez Distracts Madison Prewett From Her Peter Weber Breakup With Game Night!

Madison Prewett already has friends in high places!

As you’re likely aware, on Thursday evening The Bachelor “winner” and Peter Weber announced they had amicably split following Tuesday evening’s season finale. But Madi wasn’t dwelling in her sadness! Instead, she was hanging out with Selena Gomez.

The 27-year-old singer posted a series of videos and photos to her Instagram Story while out shopping at Target for board games with the contestant and pals Liz Golden, Connar Franklin, and Aaron Carpenter.

The Rare singer asked:

“We’re stocking up on games. Madi, what game do you want?”

Panning to the 23-year-old who was texting on her phone, she responded:

“Honestly, anything. Everything looks great.”

The fivesome headed home to try out their new purchases, with Prewett and Golden on one team and Franklin, Carpenter, and Gomez on the other. The reality star insisted on drawing a rose at one point:

“I gotta draw a good rose.”

It’s unclear how they connected, but Selly and her crew were seen cheering on Madison just a few days ago during the finale. We’re sure this is the start of a beautiful friendship!!

As we reported, the Auburn University alum announced the split from Peter last night with a statement on her Insta:

“So incredibly thankful for this amazing journey I’ve had the honor of being a part of. I have grown so much and am stronger than I was going in. I have learned the importance of acceptance, forgiveness, and grace. As Peter and I have decided to go our separate ways, I am confident that we will both move in the direction of our purpose and never forget that God has a plan in all things. I will always love and respect him. I am convinced our paths were meant to cross and we are both better because they did. @pilot_pete you are an amazing guy and I’m thankful for you. I will always be your biggest fan. And to the amazing women I met this season, I will love you for life. Thank you @abcnetwork for allowing me to embark on this journey. ❤️”

We’re glad Madi (and Hannah Ann Sluss, we imagine) have people in their corner to rely on right now!!
