Cory Monteith‘s unexpected death has been hard on many, but it has to be so much harder on those who knew him.
And Selena Gomez must be feeling the pain after losing her Monte Carlo costar who clearly made an impact in her life.
The Come & Get It singer took to Twitter to honor her late friend with a sweet and touching tribute.
She posted a pic of them hugging while walking the orange carpet at Nickelodeon’s 24th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards along with a special message. She tweeted:
“This hurts. I love you Cory. Rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.”
Many celebs have taken to Twitter to express their sadness and shock, and also honor the Glee star after his death this weekend in Vancouver.
We hope those who were closest to him can find a way through this emotionally trying time.
