The Oppenheim Group‘s LA office is about to look a LOT different!
Netflix‘s Selling Sunset is about to start rolling for Season 10, but a lot of familiar faces will no longer be there! According to TMZ intel on Thursday, stars Mary Bonnet, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Sofia Vergara‘s cousin (raised as her sister), Sandra Vergara, have all been fired! They were told in April that their contracts would not be renewed for the new season. Ouch!
Minus newcomer Sandra, these women are some of the biggest names and plot generators on the show right now! Many have been stars for several seasons, and Mary was an OG! And just like that, they’re gone. Whoa.

Sources say Bre Tiesi and Amanza Smith will be back for the season as well as returning original cast members Christine Quinn and Heather El Moussa.
Ready to swoop in the axed real estate agents’ place is spinoff star, Alex Hall!

Sources told the outlet the Selling the OC star is in talks to join Selling Sunset as a full-time cast member. The reality star, Netflix, and the show’s producers are currently negotiating a deal that will bring her onto the show, which is set to start filming within the next week or so. While she lives in Orange County, she has a lot of high-end LA clients, so it’s a natural fit.
It’s also perfect timing for Alex, considering the Selling the OC cast was just told they WON’T be filming a new season this year! Damn. Sources claim the delay is due to the main franchise taking priority in production — it supposedly has nothing to do with any OC drama. But it’s obviously a big blow to those TV personalities!!! But it’s not something Alex will have to worry about, if her deal goes through. Talks are still ongoing, per the insiders, but everything looks promising.
What do YOU think of these changes?? Will the cast shakeup be good or bad for the series? Tell us what you’re thinking (below).
