Serena Williams is obviously overjoyed to be a mother! The tennis champ recently penned a cute little message to her unborn baby, and it will make you go, “Awwwwwww!”

Posting a photo of her growing bump to Instagram (above) on Monday, the 35-year-old wrote:
“My Dearest Baby,
You gave me the strength I didn’t know I had. You taught me the true meaning of serenity and peace. I can’t wait to meet you. I can’t wait for you to join the players box next year.”
*sniff*
She continued:
“But most importantly, I am so happy to share being number one in the world with you…. once again today. On @alexisohanian bday. ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇ░ from the world’s oldest number one to the world’s youngest number one. -Your Mommy”

Serena announced her pregnancy via a Snapchat pic less than a week ago, and she was also likely pregnant when she won the Australian Open in January.
