All jokes aside, we’re bummed to hear that Sesame Street’s YouTube page is currently MIA because of X-rated content that was put up on the page by ‘porn hackers!’
Here’s what a YouTube rep had to say about it:
“YouTube’s Community Guidelines prohibit graphic content. As always, we remove inappropriate material as soon as we are made aware of it.”
And here’s what Sesame Workshop had to say about the X-rated content on the Sesame Street YouTube page:
“Our channel was compromised and we are presently working with YouTube/Google to restore our original content. We always strive to provide age-appropriate content for our viewers and hope to resolve this problem quickly.”
A truly sick and twisted prank! Hopefully they’re able to get everything cleared up soon!
