Shakira had to fend fans off from filming up her dress! WTF?!?!
The Hips Don’t Lie singer was not a happy camper while dancing at LIV nightclub in Miami over the weekend. That’s because fans in the crowd were seemingly trying to get shots of her up her dress! In viral footage, the 47-year-old was dancing to her new song Soltera on a raised stage when she spotted someone in the audience attempting to take advantage of her short dress to capture a revealing shot.
She pulled her dress down and shook her fingers at the clubgoer, before pointing to her eye indicating that she was watching them. The mom of two then got back to dancing, but the person seemingly continued to record, which rightfully looked like it pissed her off! She stormed off the stage before looking back disapprovingly at the recorder. See the viral footage (below):
That’s so gross! On X (Twitter) fans made sure to make their opinions known:
“That’s truly disappointing behavior. Artists deserve respect and privacy, both on and off stage. It’s crucial to ensure a safe environment for everyone.”

Others attempted to blame Shakira for wearing a short dress — which is such an out of touch, victim blaming argument — but fans came to her defense:
“That’s just beyond gross. Shakira had every right to walk off, no one should have to deal with that kind of disrespect, especially when she’s just out there performing her music. People need to learn how to act with basic decency!”
“It’s wild how some guys can single-handedly turn a great experience into a total cringe-fest with their creepy vibes.”
But wait! On Monday, a club rep told Page Six that it was supposedly HER TEAM that was filming:
“It was actually [Shakira’s] photo and video team that she was trying to get to stop filming her while she was enjoying the moment with the crowd and fans.”
Ehhh, we don’t know! The footage looked like something else! And she probably wouldn’t have gotten that visibly upset at her own team?? We hope?!?!
