On First Lady Michelle Obama:
“She gave me one of those warm hugs that’s almost like a coat you can take with you. She’s an amazing woman…That’s the kind of woman we need: accessible.”
On Her Lovelife and Marriage:
“I have a really great relationship. I’m not going to say it’s perfect, because it’s not, but we’re very united as a couple and I don’t see how we could be any closer by signing a piece of paper…I like to think of myself as his eternal girlfriend. I could stay in that state forever.”
On Starting A Family:
“Sometimes at night, I think of myself with a big belly. That’s my happy place. I want to have a huge belly- I crave that!”
On Therapy:
“I like having a person who helps me analyze myself. I recommend it to every person I know. I have a lot of friends that go to therapy now, and their lives have changed in such positive ways. When I want to know the answer to all these questions – What do I want? Who am I? Why am I still doing this? – I go to my analyst.”
On Society:
“Some people say that the world is going in a really terrible direction, but I think that this generation has a new sense of commitment, responsibility, and awareness- much more than ever.”
