Shanna Moakler‘s book is coming soon with a brand-new title referencing her ex!
The 51-year-old reality star previously announced her memoir would be called Queen Risen, which she finished in February. However, it looks like she changed her mind. Shanna revealed on Instagram on Monday that she is self-publishing her book, now titled Blink of an Eye. Fans know it’s a reference to her ex-husband Travis Barker, who rose to fame as the drummer of Blink-182. She wrote in the caption:
“Life can change, in the ‘Blink of an Eye.’ Hopefully my reality, reinvention and surviving some rough waters can make your journey a little easier… From a small child with big dreams, to co-parenting my children in today’s celeb obsessed climate… I’m self-publishing my memoir, my way. And hopefully the lessons I’ve learned will help light the way!”

Honestly, Blink of an Eye is a WAY better title than Queen Risen! Shanna insisted the book is “not about one person or one chapter of life,” adding:
“It’s about what connects us as women, mothers & daughters and how we support each other through the highs and lows. I’m excited. I’m working hard. But mostly, I’m ready to share my story. With insight, support and love to girls and moms everywhere.”
The memoir may not be solely about “one person,” but you know she will likely spill the tea about her three-year marriage to Travis. Shanna also teased last week following her latest shady comment to the musician’s current wife, Kourtney Kardashian, she’d open up about her feud with the Lemme founder.
