Shannen Doherty Hits The Gym Only A DAY After Getting Chemotherapy -- So Inspiring!

Shannen Doherty isn’t letting chemotherapy ruin her normal day to day life.
On Thursday, the Charmed alum took to Instagram to explain why she was hitting the gym only A DAY after getting a chemo treatment. Color us impressed.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 vet shared in a IG video:

After chemo day. I believe that just moving helps so much in the healing process. It’s not always easy and sometimes I can’t do it the next day but I try to make an effort to get the blood flowing and the toxins out of my body thru working out. Some days are easy workouts and other days I push it but the key is to MOVE!!! This is for any illness. Obviously check with your doctor. So inspiring! In case you forgot, Miz Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer back February 2015 and ended up having a single mastectomy this past May.
By August, the 45-year-old revealed her cancer had unfortunately spread and that she was now undergoing chemotherapy which which would be followed by radiation. Intense stuff.

Nonetheless, Shannen hasn’t been letting her fight with breast cancer bring her down. In fact, the industry vet even shared a clip from her workout as she took to the social media app again and posted:

Let me tell ya…. shaking your booty is hard work with my Neda who’s been helping me move and get toxins out. Yes I was tired, yes I wanted to be in bed but I went and moved and felt way better. Of course, this gym session comes only one day after the former child actress documented her cancer treatments for the picture sharing site. Man, oh man!
We honestly couldn’t be happier that Shannen is staying active during her trying health situation. Doherty may actually be the definition of #bravery. Bravo!
