Shannen Doherty continues to courageously document her battle with cancer — and on Tuesday the 45-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo as she underwent another round of radiation with her mother by her side.
But what she did after her treatment might surprise you!
Instead of heading home to rest, the Charmed alum went out for some Christmas shopping for a gift for her husband, Kurt! So thoughtful!
