Boom-Shakalaka! Shaq, one of the most famous names associated with basketball and bad genie movies, was REJECTED from a New York City nightclub last Saturday!
Wow. This must be one of the most exclusive nightclubs in America. Or, unlike most, don’t bow down to those with celebrity status.
The retired NBA giant arrived at swanky city spot Mars 2112 dressed in jeans, a sweatshirt, tennis shoes and a beanie, but was told (surprise, surprise) his attire wasn’t up to club standards.
According to sources, Shaq calmly replied, “Are you serious?” After learning yes, they were serious, he just walked down the street and was accepted with open arms at another club.
Celebs have to obey the same rules as the rest of society and we’re actually happy to hear that this club enforced this standard!
We know you’re getting older Shaq, but would it kill you to put on a button down? Next time don’t forget to top off your club attire with a fanny pack!
