Shaquille O’Neal is in need to sell his old house.
The basketball star with the Superman complex has just re-listed his home for sale. Shaq’s been trying to sell his Miami Beach mansion on Star Island for some time now. His original asking price last year was $35 million!
Good luck selling it for that much in this economy!
Shaq originally bought the property back in 2004 for just $18.4 million when the real estate market was doing well.
But it seems we can’t all get what we want. And reports show that he’s just put his house back on the market for $10 million less.
Apparently, last November he had a prospective buyer going after it for $35 million, but the buyer backed out.
So now, for just $25 million you can buy Shaq’s former crib.
A bargain!!!
