Gallagher is suing talent agency giants William Morris Endeavor to the tune of $5,000,000!!!
According to legal docs filed with the L.A. Superior Court on Wednesday morning, Gallagher created an idea for a show in which he, himself, would compete against pro athletes.
The sports writer claims the agency lifted his idea and transformed it into Shaq Vs., where O’Neal is the one competing against pro athletes in their respected fields.
In his own defense, Shaq says he came up with the idea all by himself.
