Shaq's Ex-Mistress Now Wants Punitive Damages In Ongoing Lawsuit!

shaqs ex mistress now wants punitive damage in ongoing lawsuit(1)
Back in 2010, Shaq‘s ex and mistress, Vanessa Lopez filed a suit against the NBA star accusing him of invasion of privacy, racketeering, emotional distress and intentional inflection, and even though she’s already alleging that O’Neal did all this… she now wants punitive damages added to the suit!!
Miz Lopez has previously claimed that the former hooper HACKED into her phone to listen to phone calls and view texts, and while Shaq’s ex-employee, Shawn Darling actually revealed what went down, we can see why Vanessa is seeking extra damages.
Darling said:

“[Shaq] was particularly interested in/and gained a level of sophistication in the following: the ability to invade or ‘hack’ into text messages of third parties; the ability to monitor and record cellular phone calls of third parties and the ability to alter or assign a fake ‘sender’ number on incoming phone calls to third parties through what is commonly referred to in spy or interception of wireless communication technology as spoofing.
Following a criminal proceeding between Shaquille O’Neal and a former paramour, Alexis Miller, the defendant enlisted Mr. Darling’s assistance to set up a mechanism whereby O’Neal would be assured of maintaining a second set of all undeleted text messages and e-mails sent/received by the Defendant.”

Considering that the server that Darling set up contained at least 13,000 communications that are ├óΓé¼┼ôauthenticated and which support the Plaintiff├óΓé¼Γäós claims of wanton and egregious conduct to support the imposition of punitive damages,├óΓé¼┬¥ we’re more than sure that Lopez will get what she’s seeking.
After all, Shawn is a convicted felon, so it’s easy to see who’s word the judge will take.
Shame on you Shaq!
