It’s a game of he said, she said.
Shemar Moore had a run in with the cops this weekend after they were called to his home upon claims that he had ASSAULTED a woman.
But the case was not that simple!
While the woman was accusing him of pushing her, he accused her of the same! It’s reported that she became irate after someone pushed her into the pool and while Shemar asked her to leave, things became physical.
It’s unknown who started the pushing, but she called the cops who allegedly believe they were both involved
They both reportedly wanted each other arrested and thrown in the slammer, but since there were no visible injuries neither person was taken into custody.
Although the possible assault case is still under investigation, it’s looking like no one will be charged.
But we’re guessing the little lady won’t be invited back for another pool party…not that she probably wants to go anyway!
