This just keeps getting messier and messier!
The last we’d heard in Sherri Shepherd’s divorce dramz was that her ex-hubby Lamar Sally wanted full custody of their unborn child, which they’re having via surrogate.
Well, Sherri is reportedly planning to give Lamar exactly what he wants! In fact, she doesn’t want to be recognized as the baby’s parent at all, in the eyes of the court.
Because she doesn’t want to pay child support!
According to several sources, Miz Shepherd feels like she was tricked into having the baby just so that Lamar could divorce her for the child support payments.
However, Lamar’s people have said that Sherri tried in vitro fertilization, and chose to have a surrogate after that didn’t work.
And to make things more confusing, Sherri filed for divorce in New Jersey where they don’t recognize surrogacy agreements, but Lamar filed in California!
Wow! This is so complicated! Hopefully a court can judiciously settle this because the baby is due this month!!!
