It’s been three months since Sherri Shepherd was named the legal mother to her ex Lamar Sally‘s son — who was born via surrogacy with an egg donor.
However, on Thursday, it was revealed that the former View host finally settled her dramatic divorce and the debate over the financial responsibility of baby Lamar Sally Jr.
It’s reported that the funny lady will have to shell out $4,100 per month in child support for her 10-month-old son until the child turns 13-years-old — where the stipend will increase to $4,600. Whoa!
This ruling brings this custody courtroom circus to a close.
Previously, the 48-year-old had distanced herself from the baby boy when she claimed that Lamar was using the child to cash in for a payday.

How sad.
However, it’s said the Miz Shepherd is still considering to press fraud charges against her ex-husband. In fact, if Sherri wins her claim she will no longer be entitled to pay child support!
