Sherri Shepherd is keeping her primary physical custody of her 9-year old son after facing allegations made by her ex-husband that she was a terrible parent.
Although Sherri’s ex-husband Jeffrey Tarpley was seeking full custody of their son, Jeffrey Jr., he was denied by a judge in yesterday’s hearing in L.A. County Court.
Jeffrey’s accusations included blaming Sherry for the child not being literate, or able to tie his shoe laces!
In the end, the judge sided with Sherri, and her custody has been maintained.
