She's Delivering on Thursday!

The National Enquirer (take it for what it’s worth) reports that doctors are preparing Jamie Lynn Spears for a C-section tomorrow, Thursday, due to complications in the pregnancy.

An ultrasound supposedly revealed that the younger Spears’ baby may be in breech position.

Jamie Lynn and baby daddy Casey reportedly plan to name their baby girl a combination of both their names – Cailynn or Cassie.

Sick!

We do wish Jamie Lynn a healthy delivery of the babe, though.
