Yup, this already crazy story just got crazier!
Shia LaBeouf was arrested last night in New York City while at a Broadway show. Apparently, he got a little cray cray and needed to be settled down…with the help of handcuffs.
But before that, we found out that things were peachy keen as he was taking photos with fans pre-arrest!
And he seemed totally normal and happy in them!
But somewhere in between those happy snaps and the handcuffs, Shia went bonkers.
A witness to the wackiness and fellow theatergoer, Tina Marie Miller, revealed that Shia was first spotted chasing a homeless man and then stumbling around inside the theater:
“Honestly, I wasn├óΓé¼Γäót thinking of drunk or drugs. I was thinking he was working on a role, because it was that extreme. If we didn├óΓé¼Γäót know who he was, we├óΓé¼Γäód assume he was a bum, literally, from how he looked and how he was acting.”
Yikes!
That actually sounds super scary.
Now get this, it seems Shia was chasing the man over a HAT!
He reportedly confronted the man and appeared to think the hat in question was his. Shia apparently seemed to behave as they knew each other, saying, “It’s me, Shia.”
And then he continued to chase him.
We hope some method acting was what was going on here, and not anything more serious!
But we’re guessing, based on his grumpy post-arrest face, this is the real deal.
