Oh no!!! This is SO sad!!!
Shirley Temple Black, possibly the most famous child actress of all time, has died at the age of 85!
The famed curly-haired actress passed away from natural causes in her home in California!
So sad!!!
Her family, who were present when she passed, have released a heartwarming statement about her incredible life.
They said:
“We salute her for a life of remarkable achievements as an actor, as a diplomat, and most importantly as our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and adored wife for 55 years of the the late and much missed Charles Alden Black.”

Shirley started acting at age 3, with just about EVERYONE seeing her movies back in the day, and she stopped at the age of 21 to pursue her political aspirations!
She ran for Congress but ending up becoming a U.S. Diplomat to Ghana & Czechoslovakia.
Though it all makes us incredibly sad, Shirley had a long and very lucky life.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time!
