LeBron Jordan Sues....LeBron And Jordan

Michael Jordan Lebron James
Some sneaker company we’ve never heard of before, which named itself after two of the biggest NBA stars ever owners godchildren, filed a lawsuit on Monday in New York against both of them for ruining their image.
LeBron Jordan is suing LeBron James and Michael Jordan for $150 million each because the company believes the basketball stars have poisoned their name to the public!
The company claims that both NBA stars reps at Nike and Live Nation threatened to sue them if they continued to sell a line of basketball shoes under the “Lebron Jordan” name.
The company believes all of the negative attention shed on their brand by the companies who rep both players have caused damages of about…$900 million!??!
Yes, because that’s the reason nobody is buying your shoes…it couldn’t be because they cost $125 and look like knock off Converse sneakers (which is owned by Nike).
The sneaker company says they had every right to market shoes under the “Lebron Jordan” name because nobody had trademarked the two names words together AND he named the company after his two godchildren, not the basketball players. That’s a game changer right there.
More importantly, the company pointed out:

“You could not even find that name combination on Google.”

Will the Google defense hold up in court? We can’t wait to find out!
