Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were spotted out and about – and seemingly happy – together in Costa Rica, despite claims by Pratt that Heidi wanted nothing to do with him!
Once the gruesome twosome realized they were being filmed, however, they took off in different directions immediately – Heidi on the back of a golf cart and Spencer on foot!
Anyone still think that there’s truth to ANYTHING that these two psychos say?
