Look, we’re no Harvey Dent or anything, and we still aren’t sure precisely what happened, but his bestie former bestie Andrew Silverman filed divorce paperwork in NYC saying his wife Lauren cheated with Simon.
That could be adultery! And the Big Apple frowns down upon adultery, apparently to the tune of up to three months in jail!!

We’re pretty sure white v-necks are acceptable prison attire, which is one of the X Factor star’s wardrobe staples!
