Sources from the X Factor exclusively report to PerezHilton.com that the cast and crew of the show had a lot of fun with Nicole Scherzinger yesterday celebrating her 33rd birthday! The gang was finishing up auditions in Seattle, but Simon Cowell decided to make a big fuss over her special day anyway, since that was obviously what Nicole wanted. As the source explains:
“Nicole was so excited about her birthday that she has been telling everyone for weeks! She then reminded the audience about 10 times throughout the day. It became a huge running joke”
Hey! A girl only turns 33 once! She deserves to go a little nutty! LOLz!
Well, Simon reportedly delivered quite a few surprises to his fellow Factor judge! He started the morning off by having the entire 5000+ audience sing Happy Birthday to Nicole before the auditions started. Then he had a lavish cake brought out for her … with one candle and HIS face on it! Ha!
Then, it was gift time and millionaire Cowell spared no expense for his girl Nicole. He went all out and bought her a T-Shirt with “I LOVE Simon” and a photo of himself emblazoned across the front!
We weren’t even there and we can hear Nicole’s weak laugh at this half-ass gift! LOLz!
But not to worry – our girl Nicole is a good sport. As one insider explains:
