Simon Cowell was seen spending his 54th birthday with his ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour on Monday afternoon and Laura Silverman was nowhere in sight.

The friendly exes were spotted leaving the same car in Beverly Hills, the X-Factor judge and his former girlfriend split ways to run quick errands. They met back up again and headed over to Simon’s house.
