And by here, we literally mean here… in El Lay!!
Simon Cowell is reportedly giving Lauren Silverman one of his $10 million mansions in Beverly Hills so she can raise their little one under the golden sun of California.
…and away from her angry soon-to-be ex Andrew!
Lauren and her growing bump are currently based in The Hamptons with Andrew and their seven-year-old son, but as soon as Andrew found out his wife and BFF were gettin’ it on behind his back, it kinda made life a lil’ less peaceful.
According to a source, it’s believed that Simon will still live in his own mansion but visit the child whenever he can:
“Simon has amassed a lot of houses with his fortune and will want to provide for his child. But he seems to give away a house every time he splits from a girlfriend, so he is getting through them more quickly than he thought. He has instructed his advisers to let Lauren have the house, which means she can be nearby but crucially not too close so he can get on with his work and usual lifestyle.”
Hey! He told her he’d take care of everything!
And everything definitely includes a roof over the head, but good on him for providing such luxury! We mean, we’re assuming the nanny bill will be paid with his credit card too. LOLz!
