Simon Cowell gave his ex, Terri Seymour, a $9 million parting gift – a cool $5 mill to play with and another $4 million to buy a home in Beverly Hills.

Cowell claims that the break up is amicable, citing different family plans as the cause.
Seymour apparently wanted to marry and start a family, to which Cowell says, “I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to marry anyone, because whoever marries me will end up hating me.”
What?
Simon not only forked over $9 million to his ex, but admitted how intolerable his attitude is?!
This really is an era of change!
