That’s right, Simon Cowell can’t be bothered with things like being punctual — he likes to roll into major auditions whenever he feels like it!
This time, however, the other three judges decided to start without him!
Paula said:
“I’ve waited 12 years to start without Simon! This is the first time in history this has ever happened. He has a tendency to be late – and not even just fashionably late!”
Nicole then said:
“Don’t worry about him – he’ll be just fine. This is about the talent, and you guys, you are the more important.”
So they did just that!
But it didn’t take Simon long to show up. He walked in after two auditions, in the middle of a particularly fab 15 year old’s audition!
The contestant didn’t know whether the crowd was cheering for him or not (adorable!), but quickly realized it was because of Simon. Yet, he continued the audition like a professional!
Plus, Simon liked him so much that he attributed his arrival to how amazing the audition was! Ha!
