Last month perezito’s Horrible Parent of the Week got too drunk so drive, so and like any responsible adult, he let his 9-year-old daughter home. After being pulled over by a bewildered cop, Shawn Russell was arrested and charged with felony child abuse in the second degree.
NOW that charge may be reduced to a misdemeanor because his daughter has mad skills behind the wheel!
Russell’s lawyer argues that the girl was an excellent driver. Because she didn’t swerve or speed AND used her turn signals they’re saying that Russell never “knowingly or intentionally” put his daughter in any danger.
The 9-year-old says she’s trustworthy behind the wheel. When she was pulled over the she asked the police officer “What did you stop me for? I was driving good!”
