Come on down to Big Slash’s moving sale!
The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist has teamed up with a Beverly Hills auction house to sell a wide range of personal property to fans and collectors next month.
Though a sizable share of the proceeds from the action will go to charity, Slash’s inspiration for the sell is simply:
“I have a bad habit of collecting stuff that I don’t necessarily use.”
Anoung the “stuff” Slash is getting rid of is a 1966 Corvette Stingray, estimated to sell for at least $90,000 to $100,000, and described by Slash as “a monster of a car.”
The list of things going to auction include 14 guitars (various custom and one-of-a-kind Telecaster, Stratocaster, Sanchez, Epiphone and B.C. Rich models) jackets, skull T-shirts, model dinosaurs, and two of Slash’s trademark top hats.
The guitarist’s things will go to action March 26.
Though everything must go we doubt the prices will be Slashed.
