Sleepless In Seattle Musical Postponed... Again

OMG! How long is this gonna take?
We first heard producers were putting together a musical version of the Sleepless In Seattle back in 2009.
They originally set out to have the live show release in 2010, then it was pushed back to this summer, and NOW it’s been delayed just a little longer.
Why? A rep for the Pasadena Playhouse (where the show was is set to premiere) says the Tom Hanks / Meg Ryan movie-turned-musical needs more time to “get it right”. He says:

“Our belief in that, and our desire to get it right led us to the wise decision to give this project additional time for further creative development. We strongly believe that this will serve all involved, including most importantly our audiences.”

So, that pretty much means it’s not that good.
They spent too much money and time on this project to put out something crappy. We expect this play to open sometime in 2030.
