12-Year-Old Girl Sketched Slender Man With Crayons MONTHS Before Stabbing Her Friend! Did Her Dad Encourage Her Fascination With The Monster?

Ugh. This story just gets creepier and more depressing!
At least one of the two 12-year-old Wisconsin girls suspected of stabbing their friend 19 times this weekend because of a scary internet meme called Slender Man drew pictures of the digital monster on restaurant napkins well before the crime took place!
Her father’s Instagram account featured at least one picture of the frightening internet ghoul — a photo he took of his daughter’s own Slender Man drawing with a caption that explained how and when she created it.
Apparently she colored it with a crayon while they ate dinner at a restaurant.
And he posted the pic two months ago!!
His caption explained:

“Only [my daughter] draws Slenderman on a napkin in crayon when we’re out for dinner”

Yikes! Not only was her father aware that she was drawing Slender Man months ago, but he published her artwork on his Instagram account!
Was proud of her creepy crayon drawing? Did he perhaps even encourage her burgeoning obsession with the imaginary monster? You tell us what you think…

In case you missed the horrifying news from earlier, two 12-year-old girls stand accused of stabbing their pre-teen friend 19 times during a game of hide-and-seek and then leaving her out in the woods of Waukesha, Wisconsin to die.
The suspects’ violent actions were allegedly motivated by an obsession with Slender Man, a creepy internet monster invented years ago on SomethingAwful.com.
As of Monday, the victim was in stable condition and both young suspects have been charged as adults.
