Snooki tied the knot this past weekend with her baby daddy, Jionni LaValle, but the one surprising thing to come from all this is she decided to forgo a prenup!
Say WHAT?! That’s totally unheard of in this day and age — well, for celebz at least!

According to sources close to the Jersey Shore star, the couple didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement because Snooki didn’t want one — even though she was told it would be safer to have something in writing in case the marriage goes by the wayside!

There’s definitely more security in signing a contract in case something DOES happen, but it sounds like Snooki has a LOT of faith in her marriage to Jionni!
Although her husband makes a pretty penny himself, Snooks is clearly the breadwinner in this marriage — with money from her reality shows and business ventures, she’s bringing in a lot of cash!
But, if she isn’t worried about anything, neither should anyone else!
