Waist training is all the rage these days!
We already know that both Kim and Khloe Kardashian subscribe to it and have totally seen results, and it looks like Snooki has gotten into it too!

The mother-of-two recently posted a photo of herself wearing a hot pink waist trainer on Instagram, and included the following caption:
“Every MOM needs a little extra help sometimes. Thanks @1800Cinchers for helping me out. www.1800cinchers.com #1800cinchers”
It makes sense that waist training would appeal to mothers.
After all, Jessica Alba got her shape back by wearing a double corset for 3 months straight — waist training just seems like a less intense version of that!
