So You Think You Can Dance Season Premiere Up From Last Year!

There you go! Some good news for you, FOX!

We imagine that the folks over at the 20th Century network are still a bit bummed that their American Idol finale got beat in the ratings for the first time in like, EVER, but thankfully, their other established reality show is starting off mighty strong!

Last night, the premiere of So You Think You Can Dance debuted strong with the ratings being up 11% in viewers from last summer’s premiere and 7% in the 18-49 demo. It was the most watched SYTYCD premiere in 4 years, the highest rated in 3 and it landed FOX at the top spot of the night.

Well done! There’s really only one tried and true way to REACT to this type of news, right Mary Murphy? LOLZ!
